Acceptance
By using SiteAuditorPro you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
SiteAuditorPro runs SEO and AI answer-engine visibility audits and produces reports. Scores currently use a provisional methodology and are directional indicators, not calibrated benchmarks or guarantees of ranking or AI placement.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Audit sites you own or are authorised to analyse. Do not use the service to overload third-party sites, scrape unlawfully, or break applicable laws.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly and renew until cancelled after any minimum term shown before purchase. Each plan is limited to the business, locations, services, monitoring, and implementation units listed in the accepted order. Unused monthly implementation units do not roll over unless the accepted order says otherwise. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Managed optimization work
Website, profile, listing, schema, content, and other implementation work requires the access and approvals stated in the plan. We do not publish a client change without approval. Redesigns, custom application development, paid media, paid links, review generation, and work outside the accepted fixed scope require a separate written agreement.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that results are error-free or that acting on findings will produce specific outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Regios GmbH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
