Data we collect

Account data when you sign up (email address, display name, and authentication identifiers handled by Firebase Authentication). Audit data you submit (the URLs and competitor names you enter) and the audit results we generate. Billing data when you subscribe, processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. For one-to-one business outreach, we may also record publicly listed business contact details, the official source where they were found, campaign status, and opt-out status. If you unlock a free audit's action plan, we store the work email you enter with the audited website, audit identifier, and result summary.

How we use it

To run audits, deliver reports, maintain your account and history, process payments, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data. Public business contact details are used only for relevant SiteAuditorPro outreach and suppression of future contact after an opt-out. A free-audit email is used to record the requested unlock, make the action plan and exports available, and alert our team to the request. It does not by itself enroll you in a newsletter or automated email sequence.

Third-party processors

We rely on Firebase Authentication (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Google PageSpeed Insights (performance measurement of the URLs you audit), backlink data providers when off-page analysis is enabled, and an internal notification service for new audit or contact requests. Each processes data only as needed to provide its function.

Cookies and storage

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to operate the app. We do not use advertising trackers.

Data retention

Audit results are retained while your account is active so you can view history. Free-audit unlock records are retained while needed to provide the requested report and follow up on the request. Outreach suppression records may be retained so an opt-out is honored. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to records that must be retained for legal or suppression purposes.
